Refund policy
Cancellation
You can cancel your order before a parcel is dispatched.
Once your parcel is dispatched, the order cannot be canceled.
Please be aware that any cancellation/return will generate a fee of 10%(€) of the total amount of payment of an order or 15euro fee for payment processing fee which will be deducted from your payment before a refund is issued.

Returns
Our policy lasts 14 calendar days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it with tags attached. It must also be in the original packaging.
When we receive a returned product, our return handling staff check the parcel to validate the return was despatched within 14 days of receipt. If a return has been dispatched more than 14 days after receipt, it does not qualify for a refund.
We do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods such as jewelry and swimwear.
Additional non-returnable items: Sale items (discounted items)
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please enclose your return slip as it is needed to identify your order. If you lost this, please provide us a note of your order number with your return.
Return in Store (RelaxGarden Vienna)
You’re welcome to deposit an online return with our store staff. Our store staff are not able to validate the eligibility of a web return, or issue any associated refund; they will, however, arrange transfer of your return to our returns processing team within 48 hours.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email or a text to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a few working days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We are unable to offer an exchange service. Please return the product you'd like to exchange following the return procedure above for a full refund, and then place a new order for the items that you would prefer.
Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over €60, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
